This included revamping the global Supply Chain organization, top grading the supply base world-wide, deployment of innovative material management and sourcing practices, developing a LEAN and 6 Sigma culture, and implementing contemporary technology and Business Intelligence platforms. These have yielded substantial improvements in Inventory, Service, Supplier Delivery, and an organization singularly focused on adding value to its customers. Pravin will focus on this transformation - the vision, the journey so far, learnings, and the next steps as we continue on a path towards a top tier and global Supply Chain.
